Eligibility for Refunds

  • Items must be returned within 30 days of the purchase date.
  • Products must be unused, in their original packaging, and in the same condition as when you received them.
  • Proof of purchase or receipt is required for all returns.

Non-Refundable Items

Certain items are exempt from being returned unless they are defective or damaged upon arrival:

  • Custom or personalized items.
  • Items marked as final sale or clearance.

How to Return an Item

  1. Contact our customer service team to initiate a return and receive a Return Authorization Number (RAN).
  2. Pack the item securely in its original packaging and include all accessories and documentation.
  3. Send the item to the address provided by our customer service team, ensuring to include the RAN on the outside of the package.

Refund Processing

  • Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item.
  • We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
  • If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within a certain amount of days.

Damaged or Defective Items
